Tamarisk burl and metallic blue
Locally salvaged from Torrey Pines here in San Diego. This tree was planted over 100 years ago and served as an original wind block to a grove of apple trees planted on the preserve. This elegant food safe epoxy and tamarisk serving board will add a great focal point to any kitchen. Size is roughly 9" wide, 14" long, and 3/4" thick. Our boards are created from 100% food safe materials. Our epoxy is approved for both food presentation and food preperation. After final sanding down to 2000 grit, our boards are finished with 3 coats of food safe oil finish that will not dry out after just a couple uses. Under normal kitchen use these boards will last a lifetime. Never in the dishwasher and never fully submerged in water. After use, lightly clean and rinse with water and dry with a clean towel.
